This space has been beyond exceptional along with its staff. Most importantly, the energy of this space is and has been sound thus far, while Michelle has been extraordinary & a great guidance throughout! In many instances, the staff at this location, particularly Michelle, have made efforts to go above and beyond no matter the circumstance!
First time storage unit renter. Michelle was a Sweetheart and very helpful right from the start. She was very informative on steering us in the right direction and possibly help us grow into a bigger unit as our company continues to grow! We love Michelle!
Carts are never available. They say people steal them or put them in their units, but they don’t do anything to mitigate that or replace them. Prices go up constantly.
Michelle helped me with the whole process and she’s the nicest person on earth! She’s super patient and explained everything to me. I’m a freshman trying to figure things out so she’s definitely doing college students a favor!
I'm returning customer and I appreciate the service I received from Michelle.
