As someone who frequents my storage unit on a daily basis, there is never a day that Michelle is not present in making sure that everything is in good working condition and that I am happy with all of our needs that Public Storage provides. She goes above and beyond, not just storage wise, but friendly as well. You do not come across many people like her. She is the main reason I choose to remain at Public Storage in Revere.
