Place with the worst hours and customer service!!! What damn place closes at 6 during the week and 5pm on weekends?!! What’s the damn point of there’s a manager on site if no one is around during an emergency?!? What a joke!!!
Max was such a great help he even opened up 30 mins earlier than the actually time which was really great and helpful. Max you are the example of great customer service. Thank you for all your help I do appreciate you and all that you did while helping and getting me a better storage space …..

First time ever using a storage unit and so far, it’s been Great! I had the best help! Sharron and Tracy were phenomenal! I last minute needed an additional unit and they were both incredibly helpful and were able to get me in another unit ASAP! Not only were their customer service amazing, they were also so friendly and awesome people! I look forward to our next interaction! 🙌🏻
