Jim helped me when I had an issue. Jim calmly and patiently helped resolve my issue. He also showed tremendous courtesy by checking on my storage unit. Thank you, Jim.
Super convenient if live in the area. Jim is a nice guy and made it easy to get set up and to check out. I rented a 5x10 for about a year while I was out of state and was able to pack all my stuff from my studio apartment including a bed with no problem. They have two large parking stalls in front of the building and every time I’ve gone there was always at least one open. The location feels very safe and secure (UVillage). I highly recommend here if you are looking for a place to store your stuff.
My unit has been broken into twice this year. It is the most expensive location I have seen in Seattle. It's worth driving a few miles to another location. The company does nothing to secure the space. Don't leave anything valuable here.
David was super helpful and super professional helping me find a really good deal on a suitable unit Just checking out of my space after a year. Jim very helpful and everything went smooth and professional.
