At this location today I called customer service to lease rental storage space, after receiving reservation confirmation. The property manager calls me to finish setting up my move in date set for today. When I went in five minutes later a customer walked in requesting my unit. The autopay app wouldn't accept my payment, the manager wouldn't accept my payment. Then was told it's no longer available as he just shut me out and called me rude names and rented it while I stood at the desk to a customer who just walked in asking ... read more
