I had to go into the office because I lost my unit key. Sam and Sean were super helpful, friendly, and professional. I was able to arrange a resolution to my issue very quickly. This is how customer service should be!
The place is terrible. The manager is rude and deceptive, attempting to sell me insurance I never signed up for. Samantha needs a new job.
Sam and Brittany nice and very helpful storage units are nice and clean
The property manager, Sam, and the district manager, Jessica, have made my experience quite frustrating. I feel compelled to write this review. Jessica has poor communication skills; she rarely returns phone calls and seems unfit for her position. Additionally, Sam is often rude in her interactions and business conduct with customers.
