I just wanted to leave a comment on the outstanding customer service I received from Susan, I have been looking for a storage unit and I will definitely be coming here because of how well I got all my questions answered, and not to mention she was very kind and inviting, amazing employee, a real asset to the company
Susan is a really kind person help me alot on my unit had trouble but she made it happen
YEAH. HAHAHA THEY HAVE BIG 10X20 FT UNITS WITH A DOOR THE SIZE OF A HOUSE BATHROOM. DOOR WASNT EVEN WIDE ENOUGH TO GET THE MOVING DOLLY THROUGH. WHAT A JOKE.
Had a great experience at the zarzamora location I lost my wallet with everything in it cash cards identification and a wonderful lady that works there Deanna found it and returned it thank you Deanna and public storage
Deanna is literally God sent! She was so polite and patient she answered all my questions. The process was quick and easy ! The area was so clean ! She went above and beyond to help my family and I get a storage last minute ! Love the service and the area ! 10 stars ! Thank you
