This place is terrible. They scammed us out of $350 they knowingly sold a storage unit, knowing that things have been taken out prior to pictures being taken. Once we arrived. None of this was notified to us until after we went back to the office to mention it our credit card was swiped. We feel we could’ve known this ahead of time. I wouldn’t recommend buying an auction from here, maybe one of the other locations but not the southside location.
