I just want to thank public storage for everything they did storage units was nice an clean the whole area as a whole was very nice they treated me like a customer should be treated at all time ty again an if ever have.come back an need a storage I will most definitely come back to public storage ty again

Rent has steadily been increased every 6 months or so. When I was finally notified that they wanted to charge me $250/month (up from around $100 originally) I decided it was too much and scheduled my move out. I was contacted by Public Storage about why I was leaving, and when I told them why, I was informed that I could always apply to lower my monthly rent.
