Updated July26: Avoid Public Storage at all costs, if you don't you will incur all the costs. Employees are nice, but corporate policy likes to nickel and dime. They also don't have any incentive for loyalty. -------- Update Nov24: Dee is my new hero. Saved my sanity and got me a fresh unit. Work with Alex. That's all I have to say. Great guy, and super helpful. Appreciate all the efforts he's made on my behalf to help me make sure I'm getting the best value for what I actually need.
Very good customer service, specially an employee named dee helped us out. She was very friendly ,knowledgeable and overall we had a professional and pleasant experience.
