Two months after you move in and load your unit they will DOUBLE your monthly rent. It's filthy dirty and they only have 1 cart on each floor to move your boxes/items from your car to your unit. The bathrooms are permanently bolted shut & inaccessible and the electronic doors to enter the facility are always broken. If you complain about your rent fee doubling, the Manager will say she'll give you 3 extra months rent at your new customer rate but when the bill has to be paid all you will see is a $7 credit, when your rent wa... read more

This is a great storage facility!! Thank you Shannon for all your help and thanks for keeping my rv safe!!
I actually love this facility's location and maintenance. I have sometimes run into "situational issues" that aren't catastrophic, but the staff is usually great about taking care of the issue. I appreciate the care of concern taken by Sarah and Shannon, they are both awesome and clearly are clearly concerned with their customer service to everyone.
