Fraudulent business practices. I have been trying to close my unit for MONTHS but no one ever answers the phone and when I go no one is in the office. I was told to remove my lock when I was done and that would signal that it was closed. That didn’t happen and I enddd up paying 3 extra months of rent. THEN THEY PUT ANOTHER LOCK ON MY UNIT AND CLAIMED I NEVER TOOK THE LOCK and still have an active unit. Do not go here.

I made a reservation. The day I was supposed to move in, I brought everything during office hours, but they are closed, so I called, and they informed me they have rented my unit to someone else. That I can get a bigger unit for more money. Then what is the point of making a reservation.
