Best Public Storage location I’ve ever rented from! Despite not having on-site personnel, the virtual assistant Ms. Angela was absolutely phenomenal with the level of customer service provided. She answered all of questions and concerns and even followed up with a phone call the next day to confirm my account changes. Great to know excellent customer service still exist!

This is a fantastic storage facility. Easy access to the units. Super clean. And the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The property manager Yvonne is always available to answer questions or help. Will definitely use this storage space again!
Everything is grande
I would love for employees to be back in person at this location. I rented a storage unit with the help of a virtual assistant. She was great! Very helpful, kind, and she answered all my questions. However, the kiosk was not a fun experience for me. I would touch the screen to move forward and it wouldn't work, it lagged, and it wouldn't allow me to scroll down to read the agreements I was signing for.
