I had a good experience here. I was upgraded because they were having technical issues for a brief time. Thomas went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. Overall I am happy with my decision to go with public storage, it all started with a promotion they were offering, and it so happened that it even got better for me in the end.
They raise rent after 3 months. Started off at $50. Going up to $85 on October 1st. Didn't even get a month's notice. The rent increase notice came in the form of a postcard (by mail so far) Odd since all other communication has been through email and text messaging. Something to keep in mind...You don't have access to your unit after 9 pm. You only have access during their business hours. Update (star rating increase) Since leaving this review...
