Upsold to a large unit when i needed a 5x5. Rep told me it was the same price and then i got wacked with a bill that was almost 150 the second month. Don't miss a payment with these guys, the late fee is hefty and they also have an insurance fee every month (for wha? idk) terrible service and rates. I felt taken advantage of the entire experience.. Then they try to pitch me a discount when i call in to cancel! Lol
This place is recently under new management and already a noticeable difference. Thomas, the new manager, is friendly and easy to talk to. He keeps the place clean and organized, attentive to any issues and handles everything in a timely manner. Can definitely tell this isn't his first property. This place is one of the best places I've ever stored. Lots of management changes but with that being said. Thomas is amazing keeps the property clean and nice and the inside building are clean the units are clean I must say . He has done an amazing job taking over. When it comes to the snow. People need to realize that sometimes things aren't perfect but when blown out of proportion it really can hurt someone. Snow removal is hard and Thomas has done an awesome job at that as well.
