Excellant customer service. Danny’s was super knowledgeable.
Setting up the account and rental is easy but talking to the local person at the facility is a little difficult as not sure of their working hours. But I happen to hear from the manager she was extremely helpful and responsive to the issue I had and resolved it very quickly.
I just rented the space and Jackie assisted me. She is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful employees I’ve ever experienced with Public Storage. She is a true asset to your company. You should have more people like her.

The facility is decent and has storage boxes available. However, the staff in the office do not provide good customer service, which makes the location not worth the inconvenience. I highly recommend choosing a different facility where you can receive better service from courteous employees. Consider this a warning.
