Update: district manager Alberto promised to Take care of the rent for the storage unit To make things right. I found out today they are auctioning off my property because he never did what he promised. Only get a unit here if you love mice and want them to auction off your property and not keep promises. I rented storage unit and it had mice infestation. I called numerous times and they agreed they would credit me the following month for free rent and switch me units. Tina was very nice and helpful
So at first, I was really upset because there was no attendance and there was a problem with the gate and they were able to compensate me for my time and then I explained the situation about the gate code not working and within 24 hours the manager got it working and we are now 12 for 12 of getting in and out of the gate with no issues. The management staff is very proactive when it comes to issues.
Had a minor issue and the property manager and the district manager went over and above to make things right. Highly recommend doing business here!
