More flexibility on late payments during these trying times.
Had my rent on auto pay for well over 18 months. No discount or anything for auto pay. Never missed a payment. My card expired, they called me and I switched it. For some reason it wasn’t on auto pay and then they automatically give me a late fee. Just like the other big businesses they rip you off with fees “They can’t waive.” It’s a joke.
This is a great place with very friendly staff. Heather is very easy to work with.
Terrible service. Won't return calls. Nasty staff. :(
