As of over 15 days we cannot get into our storage unit because the elevators are broken. They don't seem to care. All of my Christmas decorations are in this unit and i can't get to them.
I just got off the phone with your location in Rockaway, NJ and spoke with Assistant Manager CHRIS. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. I CANNOT Believe that for almost 1 year i had my whole life packed away with your storage company &actually gave away so much money & paid for his salary!!
