4 months in and already raised my rent 58.00. I Asked to have my light repaired on first day and was told a work order was placed. Two more times I asked about my light, they basically said an order had been placed and they did not know when if ever it would be repaired. The only issue with the light is the previous renter must have damaged the pull chain switch and I was told I could not repair it myself. Sheri was very helpful, patient, and informative. Sheri gets 5 STARS. My new unit light switch is broken so no light in a cavernous 20X30 Unit, 4 STARS. I will update the review later. Sheri put in a work order for repair of the switch and told me the scheduling for repairs was a corporate decision and she could not say when it would be repaired.
