DIANNA WAS GREAT, SHE GAVE ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. STORAGE WAS LOCKED AND I HAD TO GET TO WORK ALSO GET THINGS READY FOR THE MORNING. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO CUT THE LOCK AND REPLACE IT SO I CAN SHOW UP AFTER WORK VERY CONVENIENT!! 5 STARS.
I meet Diana the property manager and she's doing an excellent job she's nice friendly and courteous so I thought I just mentioned that she definitely deserves a five-star rating just for the simple fact that she is so warm and welcoming.
Such an easy and convenient public storage. We were able to set it up when we needed it really easy. And when it was time to check out it was just as easy. The employee john was really helpful. Thank you for letting us use your facilities.
