John at Public Storage on Soquel Dr is epic ! He is super helpful, friendly and an exceptional manager. The facility is well kept and had 24 access which is really nice to have.
The Manager Diana at this location make not only this business better, but the world is a better place because of her spirit.

Dianna was great help! She showed up at the right time when i needed help so it’s fantastic knowing there’s an employee here that i can depend on! She was very nice, polite, and assisted me with everything i needed.
Paz was professional at check in, but 3 months after I signed up they almost doubled my monthly charges. I went to the unit to consider moving and there was a leak after a storm. The people were nice but it felt like predatory lending and I moved out. You can't double peoples monthly fees after 3 months and you can't allow leaks. I moved to extra storage by Harvey west. Newer facilities, they didn't double my fees, and it didn't leak water and damage my items.
