We’ve been using the Sand City Public Storage for 4 years. It’s clean, convenient, and the staff is very helpful. In our conversations with the property manager, Wendy, she’s always courteous and friendly. She answers our questions clearly and is easy to find and talk to whenever there’s an issue.
Ms. Wendy was a great pleasure to deal with. She explained everything we needed to know and got everything easily setup and ready for us. She’s a very detailed oriented service rep and was as perfect as they come. I’m also very impressed how protective she is of the property and her customers. Absolutely amazing!
Wendy always has some negative stuff to complain about to me in regaurds to my family every time we access our unit. Just beacuse other people disrespect the facility and the property, dosent give you the right to baraide me and my kids for things other people have done every time we access our unit. Why me and my family? we have always been respectful to office members and the facility but for what ever reason you need to always leave the office to come and make my kids who are 10 and 5 feel horrible for holding a door open... read more
