After several attempts of getting an insulation issue fixed..we set an appointment to transfer to another unit. Dez went above and beyond to make sure we received the best possible outcome. He was knowledgeable and attentive and treated me like family. That is very appreciated in these times. The 5 stars are for Dez NOT Public Storage. If it wasn’t for him..I would be cancelling my contract ASAP!
Omg great place! Property Manager was amazing and very helpful.. Update .. went back for another unit and I had a little problem with my gate code. The property manager Kida... just absolutely amazing as before.
