On Tuesday, June 9, at approximately 11:45 AM, I received a call from a representative who did not introduce herself, provide her name, or identify who she was calling for. Instead, she immediately told me an amount due and requested a payment. I asked her to identify herself and tell me whose account she was calling about, as I do have a Public Storage account and wanted to verify the call. Rather than answering my question, she hung up.
