Awesome customer service. I recommend this place to anyone in need of storage
Customer service was great with Kita. I had bought my storage unit online and was trying to get moved into my unit. There are literally three public storages near each other. I went to two different ones and couldn’t gain access to entry. Kita gave me great directions to get to my unit behind Captain D’s. At first, I was stressing a little bit because like all people, I was procrastinating to get things done.
