This was about as piss poor an experience as one could have. 1) Upon the initial renting of my space, I specifically inquired about and requested to add my dad as my authorized user. Months later when I needed him to have access, I was told he hadn't been added as my authorized user but instead, my emergency contact. 2) I went into the office to add my dad as my authorized user and setup a transfer.
