Shamika was amazing! She made my transfer super easy and explained everything so clearly. She was patient, professional, and very thorough, making sure I understood every step. On top of that, she was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole process stress-free. Honestly, she went above and beyond — Public Storage is lucky to have her!

Do not rent here or at any Public Storage. The advertised rate is not the your monthly rate. They will increase your rent at least by $40 and tell you it’s in their contract that you signed.

I’ve gotten multiple calls from a “Shamika”. I work during the day so I keep my phone on DND and they have to leave a voicemail. They never leave any information regarding what the call is about and just say to call back. Last month, after getting called for 2 weeks and calling back multiple times I finally spoke to someone. They said they didn’t know why I was being called and never called me back with any information.
