Patrick got me right
This place is awful! We moved from Decatur to Upstate New York in May 2025. We emptied our storage unit and did a walk through before we left. They continued to charge us after we moved out. We have called them at least 10 times. They keep telling us that there is a lock on our unit, so it must have stuff in it. We keep telling them we DO NOT have stuff in the unit. We DO NOT have a lock on the unit, and we do not know why there is a lock there. We live 1200 miles away. We cannot drive three days to come down and remove some... read more
Overall services are great and I really like their app.
Miiko... is a treasure! She solved all 3 problems i had when i walked in today (in a hurry) . . . AND in less than 15 min while ALSO being warm, friendly yet respectful and professional!?! A rare bird indeed. Thank you for your great service Miiko.
