I’ve gotten multiple calls from a “Shamika”. I work during the day so I keep my phone on DND and they have to leave a voicemail. They never leave any information regarding what the call is about and just say to call back. Last month, after getting called for 2 weeks and calling back multiple times I finally spoke to someone. They said they didn’t know why I was being called and never called me back with any information. Kiaran was every nice and help up,give her more money
The assistant named Karan was EXCELLENT. She was patient with all my questions and helped me do much.
Kiaran was funny man, she was very helpful and knew her property like the back of her hand. I have rented from other storages, but the excellent customer service and willingness to help and answer questions, makes me keep my unit here. Even last minute payments because l get off work at 5:30pm, and get there just before closing. Usually employees hate to see you come in, but not Kiaran she always helps and is kind. Way to go Kiaran! I appreciate you!
Kiaran is very helpful. I'm so happy that she was here today. People do not be in the office. She's the only constant person here that is always professional. When I call Customer service they do not even help like she does. Kiaran continue blessing this store with your smile, professionalism, and kindness.
