Kiaran is definitely the person u want to speak to! If you didn’t go to a storage and met a lady name Kiaran or Kk u honestly at the wrong storage lol I love her energy and I had bad experiences in the past with people having attitudes and not caring about others property but Kk definitely gave me that reassurance. KK at the North Decatur Rd facility was super helpful and patient helping me get a unit. I really appreciate the time she took to answer my questions. I also like the app for handling details of the account, paying rent, and providing easy onsite gate access.

The system of paying online stink, the phone personnel is worse. The only redeeming part of this location is KIARAN. The company needs more employees like her.. Give this lady raise and 10 🌟 🌟 ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
