Zero customer service. DM is terrible. High turnover. Not much can be said that is a good thing about the people working here from top to bottom. They had good people working here, but I am sure that the company ground them down and they were replaced with inferior replacements.
I don’t usually post review on here but this place really did us wrong. We notified them in December that there was a roof leak and water was entering our storage unit. In early March the unit was still leaking and their only response was “do you have insurance”. At the end of March the roof was still not fixed so we moved our equipment out and are in the process of trying to recoup our loss.
