Everything was great. A staff member in charge of me arrived on time and provided friendly and accurate guidance. However, it's been difficult to find staff members on-site in the past. It would be helpful if they publicly announced their staff's on-site hours. This is my first time using the service, and I hope it'll be a positive experience. Thank you.

It is always a pleasure to work with Dawn. She is very helpful and can make the customers feel comfortable. I have a unit in Syosset but i know that whenever I come to see Dawn she is so nice and always willing to help me. I would not be keeping a unit at Public Storage if it wasn’t for Dawn’s expertise and help. I hope that she is recognized for her customer service abilities!!
