We are so unhappy with this storage facility. We have a large storage unit that we got in 2024. The price was decent around $350ish a month and it is now 2026 and it’s MORE than doubled at $766 a month. It’s awful. We spoke to someone that was actually helpful but only could do so much. We have the largest unit and now to get the price down we had to open up a new unit in my name to get the price back down to the original price. So now we have to move ALL of our belongings and furniture to the 2nd floor just to reduce the pr... read more
Super convenient and great rates. Employees were very helpful, and the space size was perfect.
Dawn was very helpful and the property is very clean.
Entered my unit today to find it full of rodent feces, some fresh and some had already become dust which can cause the deadly hantavirus if rodents are infected. All of my items are destroyed and contaminated. I am so disgusted. Who is going to take responsibility for this? Many items are irreplaceable. We have called and left messages with no response.
