Dawn was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend working with Dawn!
Everything about my visits are fine! However, it's the rate increases that concern me. I'm very worried that I'll be "forced" to relinquish my storage unit because the rate increases are too high and too frequent. Why must I incur such rate increases? Why can't you freeze my rent for a few years? Please help a homeless person with a very low SS income. Please help me keep my unit! Thank you....
This may be getting old to some people but I just can't stop praising and complimenting the employer at the Hicksville location on South OysterBay Road by the name of Dawn. She is simply the best employer this company has had along with Brianna top two employees for sure since I became a customer. Both very helpful very understanding and most importantly respectful towards myself and a few of my family members who are also customers here and have been for a while now
Great location with friendly staff. Dawn, Damon and Travis were all very helpful.
