I was told to have everything out of my unit by 2/29 to not be charged an additional amount. Then I got a bill for $5.66 because I had everything gone at 7:20pm on 2/29. I think this is ridiculous, I did what I was told and yet you guys still want money. It's just $5 but it's the principle. You guys are just trying to get more money from people. I paid that full month and I will not be paying anything else.
