What a sorry piece of trash these people are. My brother is incapacitated and can't get to his shed, and won't be able to for quite a while. Fine, I paid his late fee, his current fees, and his next month's fees. We show up, after speaking with Bryan Cooley who told us that providing a power of attorney was adequate ID, only to get denied access to the storage shed.
