If I could give negative starts here, believe me it would have plenty. Worst experience dealing with this place. Rented a unit that after I paid for it was told it wasn't usable, they were going to fix it and let me know. They never contacted me again! I went back the NEXT day to cancel the unit and get my money back. The regional manager Angela refused to give me back my $457 and said I technically had the unit 2 days (I never had access to the unit because no one could open it).
