Kaitlin the property manager from the 1904 property was exceptional in assisting me to get into a unit after the reservation software double reserved my unit at the 1712 property. The unit numbers were wrong and she went out of her way to provide FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Katelyn has been SO helpful throughout this process. She has answered all my questions for not just this location but also the edgewater public storage ! She is truly an amazing person and has single-handedly earned my business in the form of two units at different locations! She helped me through the app, the online rental, AND in person. Who needs a call center number when Katelyn is working! Thank you so much!
