Best storage experience ever. Immaculate, open and well lighted interiors, multiple carts that actually work, efficient elevators, clean accessible restrooms, ample parking, comfortably secure and well maintained. And, thank you to Damian for the technical and practical support!
Stored my things for over 3 years and service was good, fast and facilities were very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the app was easy to use to get access into the building. Was even able to downsize to a smaller unit immediately and without any issues. Check out was super smooth, flexible and contactless.
We rent two large units. There was issues with the elevators a while ago and I complained and they called a guy right away and got them fixed. They work great now. They called me to apologize. The place is clean and easily accessible. The girl at the front is great and worked with us to make sure we were happy.
