RecommendedI had a rough start due to a computer glitch but the District Manager Alena was amazing in solving the issue. Then there's the property Manager Willie. He's been extremely helpful. He has given me great tips to get the best use from my storage unit. I always appreciate being greeted with a smile and a cart. The property is always spotless. I totally recommend this location and believe me I'm not an easy person.
The only reason this place gets five stars is because of Kelly, she is awesome and super helpful. I'm disappointed in the management of the location because of the amount of pressure they place on Kelly to get reviews and how they treat her (really? bad weather out and you write her up for being 5 minutes late even though she called ahead?).
