I'm very happy with my storage unit. Easy access for me but secure from not me. If you need storage these are the people to talk to, good price, clean and the staff is helpful and kind.
Love Tonya! Wonderful professionalism, fun personality and prompt in returning calls. We have two storage units in two facilities and she took care of closing both of them out for us. The prices were very reasonable and the process couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend!

Tanya was excellent. She helped me find a properly sized unit for my needs, helped me create an account, and ensured I got the best rate. If I need to store anything again in the future I will be sure to come back. Would recommend.
I only have had my unit for 3 months and I have an automated payment set up. I cancelled my insurance after my first month and they have that on records but the system shows me with a past due amount in error still charging me for the insurance plus I received a late fee of $26.00 . I spoke with a representative at the office and he assured me that they were fixing the issue and that I was good to go but nothing was done and they locked my unit this weekend.
