I loved moving in here. The manager is fantastic and made my experience so smooth. Highly recommend using this location just because of her! The units vary in size and you are pretty much guaranteed to have the one that you need.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well maintained, which is why I’m giving 4 stars. However, I can’t believe that almost every time I come to this location, there’s no one in the office. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, I end up having to drive to another Public Storage location just to find someone who can help me. It would make a big difference if this office were staffed more consistently during business hours.
Apps are bad. Gate always broke. Always charge so much. When calling why the apps is not working to put ghe payment, the answer is they dont know. Annoying people Very bad experience.
