My experience at PUBLIC STORAGE on Rt 9 in Old Bridge NJ. We put some of my mother’s things into storage approx 45 days ago. She had advanced cancer. On 9/10, I received a call that payment was late. I explained that mom passed last week and we were picking up the pieces. I asked for a 2-day extension. They sounded understanding, expressed condolences, granted the extension.
