Came in at 7pm to unload some stuff and tried to leave at 9:15pm but could not. Tried calling various numbers to get a hold of someone and no one would answer the phone or return my calls. Tried the emergency numbers and all. Had to leave my truck there and hitch a ride. Unbelievable.
The unit was very easy to reserve online. It is very clean inside and nice. The issues to be aware of: 1. They charge you $20 for a lock unless you show up with your own and only then will they not charge you. 2. They mandate you use their insurance and give you the first month free. Then charge you $20 a month for only $5000 in coverage. That is highway robbery.
