Taken advantage of! If you are a good customer, pay on time, you continue to get a rate hikes every 6 months- they keep raising the rent on auto pay to see how they can take advantage of you. I totally own this, but thought this was the cost of storage units- I happen to see an add at a few places and they are going for $96 per month- mine just increased to $305. I stopped in this location to look at the sites units. Very very clean well cap facility. I did not see any trash laying around.. Tina was very Polite and very helpful.
Tina is always so professional and always has the best positive attitude no matter what!
While I was there for information, I was able to witness how helpful Tina was with the customer Monika. She was professional and very friendly always with a smile. I will be coming back to this location when I need a into. Tina was an amazing person, I would want her to help me get through everything.
