Came into hard times and called customer service to get some fees taken off due to my RENT going from 207 to 296 . Now I owe almost 700$ and I’m asking for a little help due to my situation, no one seems to care and me and my kids whole life is in there . I asked the front desk in the past about helping with a late fee and was directed to call customer service which is completely pointless, no type of help .
Ludgi & Messiah answered all my questions & completing rental online saved me so much money & time!
