So I came to public storage after my divorce in desperate need of, the property manager Drell attended to my needs and was above 5 stars as service goes. I thank her for her help in this matter and her excellent service
Drell and Kyle were very personable. They walked me around to my unit (long walk in the Houston heat) but they were extremely pleasant. The paperwork and explanation of how things work was very detailed. My reason for 4 stars versus 5 is 2 fold. First, there’s no lighting inside the unit (very dark) and second, the indoor temperature is HOT!!. I have a climate controlled unit and it is hotter inside than outside.
