Very disappointed with #PublicStorage . We have a unit at the Reisterstown Rd. location. My husband called this weekend about upgrading our unit and was given the price. He stayed home from work yesterday to move more items from our house into storage and transfer the items over to the bigger unit. He arrived when the store opened with a full van of boxes to find out the price went up $102/mo since last night! He couldn't book the unit Sunday night online since we are current customers and had to do it in the store. If we ha... read more
