We have been with EZStorage for many years and was never late with our payment. This month we were told they didn't receive the check even though it was sent out by the bank bill pay in plenty of time to get there We brought in our bank statement as requested but that wasn't enough we still had to prove who cashed the check. About 15 minutes after we left the EZStorage they called and said they found the check in the mail. They blamed me because the mail was late in getting to them. We were treated very rudely. The manager was incredibly helpful. I arrived while he was on his lunch break. When he realized that I needed help to set up my account, the manager returned to the office to complete my registration and did so with a positive welcoming attitude.
