If you enjoy enormous rate hikes then this is the place for you! Started out at $160 with insurance and now pay $280 after 1 year. They should be giving long term customers a discount not increasing the rate. And yes, it's not that expensive now when looking to rent. It almost guarantees that people aren't going to stick around, including me.

I had a great experience at Public Storage on 1701 Whitehead. Miss Alicia was great! She was very helpful, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate her customer service and would definitely recommend this location.

Clean facility! I've stopped by a few and this was the cleanest by far. Alicia answered all my questions right away and gave great customer service! Once I complete my move will be back to this location to rent a storage.
