Overall, the rental process was very smooth and move-in was quick and easy. The Facility is very clean and generally well maintained. However, the fact that every storage rental company raises rates after just a few months with no upgrade in services or offering of any kind is infuriating. Thankfully, the customer service team reached out to talk about our experience and help out where they could.
We were at the facility on May 30, 2026. The young lady who was manager in charge that day was wonderful. She handled a couple of issues professionally….a very nice person and courteous. I never got her name and stopped by several times to again thank her, but missed her each time. Please make sure she gets this 5 review!
Rodney was amazing. He worked with me in getting the perfect size storage. He has been very helpful the entire time ive been a renter. All the staff has been. The only issue is the rapidly rising price. Possibly attributed to facility upgrades.
Rodney at Rt 73 in Marlton is extremely helpful, patient and focused on what is best for the customer. Public Storage is lucky to have such a great ambassador!
Rodney is very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. He takes his time explaining things and ensures you are satisfied. Very outstanding services from Rodney. I took off 2 stars for the freezing cold temperatures the entire winter in this supposed climate controlled facility that I paid extra for. Very uncomfortable going through my freezing cold belongings with freezing cold fingers and a runny nose.
