Although I did not appreciate the monthly price consistently going up $30-$40 dollars a year which eventually led me to having to look elsewhere, the workers and staff that I interacted with were great. Its unfortunate that this storage facility raises the monthly rate as much as they do.

Rip off. No climate now for almost a month. It's starting to smell badly. Rent increased nearly $100 after the climate broke. And no lights on 1st floor hallway for over a week. Terrible. I'm paying extra for 2 climate controlled units with no climate. In the winter it was freezing cold temperatures in this supposed climate controlled facility. I'm paying extra for 2 climate controlled units. Well in the winter it was freezing cold temperatures in this supposed climate controlled facility. Very uncomfortable going through my freezing cold belongings with freezing cold fingers and a runny nose. Now that it is summer the climate has been off nearly 2 weeks to this date. My rent was increased nearly $100 during this outage. Was told its broken. Broken in winter and now broken in summer. And a $100 rent increase while broken is wild to me. Rip off.
