Very disappointed in the customer service of this company. Not only do they raise the rates every few months but have no customer service skills. I have been a customer for 2 and a half years. I moved out on last day but weather did not cooperate in florida and in middle of a severe thunderstorm. So we had to postpone a day. No customer service for loyal customers.
Crooks. My mother paid her bill and was given a "paid" receipt. Was later told the transaction did not go through and they will be auctioning off her belongings. We spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. They refused to even accept payment over the phone. We were treated with disrespect and, at times, rudeness. I would not trust these folks.
