Smooth rental and move in process. I did not have to talk to anyone - everything completed online and using their app.
We got locked inside the storage behind the gate. The office went home never told us they were closing. Did not make a round to ensure comlex was empty. We go to leave and put our code in the gate and it says sorry we are closed and would not let us out. I had my kids with me. So we had to climb over the gate a d order an uber home and uber back and leave our car there. Its kind of really annoying that they dont have any safety protocols in place for customers.

This was one of the best Storage facilities in all of Georgia, Great front desk staff which puts my experience over the top. She was very professional, knowledgeable well spoken. I'm not sure but I think she said her name was Latifia. I would recommend this company to anyone.
