This place is the absolute worst! I never had an issue until I left the place. Someone at the facility accident charged my account when I left, I called the property manager. FINALLY got ahold of them after calling back to back. They would pick up the phone and hang it up constantly. When they answered the phone we went through my closed account and they said the charge on my account was an error on their part and not to worry about it, that they were putting in a dismissal request.
