You have now raised our storage fees by over 50% in one year. You have raised our rent now twice over the year we have been customers. No explanation, nothing. The sole reason we rented from you all was the great deal we received. If I had known that price wasn't even going to last for 6 months, let alone be raised over 50% in a 12 month period, we would not have used your services. This is completed garbage.
I've stored at this location and other company locations throughout Loudoun County for years. I've relocated to Florida and will continue to use them. Never had a problem. For a person and his or her circle of friends to do an online hatchet job on them is uncalled for. Things happen in life. Things happen to structures, buildings in the course of history. And I'm reasonably sure it's not an everyday occurrence.
Their facility/storage units are leaky and moldy. Not ideal for a storage unit.
Wow. Saw the pictures my friend posted. Nearly ALL his stuff was ruined when a water pipe burst above his storage space. Public Storage claiming there is nothing they can do. IF YOU VALUE YOUR STUFF, DON'T KEEP IT HERE!
