I appreciate the love and care that is put into place! Queen Segar
The customer service first all is top notch. The lady attendant - Trystyn - knew her onion , took time to explain everything effectively. She had a nice smile and tone to her voice. Easy access also to your unit. Great security. Friendly and decent storage members too.
Changing my review from a 5 star to 3 and here is why. Rates change every 3 months or so and not a small change we are talking upwards of $90. Late fee threats on the day the payment is due. Like its due on the 1st and your threatening people on the very day its due. On-site people never available via phone or in person. Not being able to dispose boxes or material on site but charging customers upwards of 300+ is ludicrous
Tristyn customer service 👍👍
The building does not support their ex hours. They are some liars. Terrible customer service. Also, when calling that you can never get a hold of anybody regardless of any time that you call
