Krystal was very very helpful. Been here using space at this location since 2021 and have never had a problem. Krystal was very nice and refreshing to talk to and definitely made my day with the reassurance and how thoroughly she explained everything. If you’re in the Charlotte area and need somewhere to store your belongings, this location is the best to do it at in my opinion.
Crystal has been extremely helpful in making me move easier.
This is a safe place right? I’ve had this storage longer than some folks kids, smh. I’ve always received good service. The service ladies I’ve had over the years have honestly, all been wonderful to me, 10/10. Today’s, nothing different. Hello . I want to say thank you!!! I feel as if my items are safe with you, and thanks for the up keep of the facility grounds.
I have always had great customer service from Brie. She does a great job of running the place
It has been a great experience with Crystal. She helped me set upu storage a year ago and she has been very helpful with my return to the states.
