Oh My Goodness!!! Krystal was such a blessing and patient with my shenanigans. I went to the 3rd floor and the lights weren't coming on fast enough for me( Insert horror movie scream and retreat). I lost my mind and politely went back to the front office. Krystal helped me tremendously with a different unit. Keep Krystal!! She has patience beyond measure.
Provided exceptional customer service
The roof is leaking in this storage building and water got into my storage unit and ruined some of my things. Luckily I found it before serious damaged happened to all my items. I was then forced to move all my things to another unit and no one helped me and the team wasn't very nice about the situation, no one apologized, no compensation for all the time lost and having to move all my belonging and property. If you are on the third floor and your unit is on the edge of the building be wary of potential water damage.
Staff was nice!! My issue unit was on 3rd floor only had one elevator working been over a month still not working makes it very hard when other people trying to use it to. Suppose to be climate control elevator had no ventilation was very hot and very hot on third floor as well so don't recommend storing nothing that supposed to be kept cool or at room temp.
Very pleasant! Very helpful! Highly recommend!
