Expensive Space Combined with Awful Service – As far as a room to store stuff in, they are expensive. Units are much more expensive that competitors. Usually, when you're paying more, you also expect more in terms of service. I didn't even have that expectation. I just wanted to store my stuff, pay the (high) monthly cost, and then close my unit out when finished. The less interaction with the employees, the better. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case.
