The manager of Public Storage was phenomenal!! She helped me step by step when I accidentally put the lock on backwards. It had to be cut off. She made moving easier when I was visibly frustrated.
The manager was absolutely phenomenal. I was stressed , locked out (that was on me) and she made everything so smooth! The manager made me feel at ease , provide options and solutions to make my moving into Public Storage delightful. Thank you once again for your service!!!😃
