Onika Was exceptional! I wish I could give her a 10, because she is that good at her job. More important she is kind, polite and very knowledgeable. You have an awesome employee and I rented a unit because of her.
This facility is not one I recommend. I’m 1 month in and already I want to move my belongings out. First, access is only from 6am-9am. 2nd there’s only 2 entrances to this storage and if you need to press your code to get in. However, if you need the elevator, you have to punch your code in AGAIN to use the elevator. This is a major problem and inconvenience. Unprofessional. Did't keep the posted business hours. Poor interpersonal communication by the front desk girl who did my lease. Walks off without saying a word to wrap up current conversation. Got on elevator, told me to put in my code, then just stood there staring straight ahead without explaining next steps, which was to tell me exactly which floor we were going to, and to actually press a button. Transferring over a storage unit my late father had. Onika made the process absolutely flawless and a pleasure. First class service and a fantastic facility.
