The staff was very professional and helpful on move-in day. The facility was clean and thoroughly checked on a regular basis, like promised. In fact, the only time I received a polite call from the Management was to inform me that my unit lock was placed incorrectly. Getting in and out of my unit was convenient no matter what time of day I needed to access my storage.
