This has been the worst experience & it was my first time needing storage. I am enraged towards the incompetence this facilities employees have. No respect for customers and zero customer service skills. I have been in the customer service field for over 15 years and have never treated anyone with such disrespect. There is no one @ this location during the hours of 9 am to 1 pm. The voicemails are returned days later and I got threatened with collections for my bill.
