I bought a locker from auction from this place. I came and loaded up most of the stuff, but I needed to make a second trip. Told them I was coming back, and when I did, my locker was locked. I called and left and message and left. They reported me for cherry picking the unit on storage treasures. I don't have time to be coming back and forth especially a small 20 item unit with rat nesting and feces. I would never use public storage for my stuff and can confirm rats run rampant at these.
