Improve customer service . Very rude representatives. Prices have continued to increase over the past 5 years. Mold on my belongings in the climate controlled unit. Heavy water damage in ceiling. I am clearing my things out, and will not recommend this place to anyone. Also sending complaint to the BBB.
Probably the worst storage place I've ever been too their prices are INSANE and they don't try to work with you at all. I will never come back to this storage facility again
