Ryan was very helpful! He made me smile at his exceptional customer service! 2nd review (April 2025): 3 months into leasing the unit, my rate went up 40% from initial rate since March! I can understand a 10-15% bump but 40%?? Spoke with the supervisor Kaitlyn and she told me the initial rate was used to attract new customer but they won't disclose new rate from the beginning.
